2019 marks the 100th anniversary of Polish-born Russian composer Mieczysław Weinberg. The Left Bank Quartet and Qing present a program in celebration of Weinberg’s life and in remembrance of Holocaust, including two recently revitalized string quartets - Erwin Schulhoff Quartet No. 1 and Mieczysław Weinberg Quartet No. 8, and Shostakovich Piano Quintet.
